摘　　要：目的 使用时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)联合荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qPCR)检测妊娠合并乙型肝炎(HBV)感染患者的有效性。方法 2022年1月至2022年12月在我院就诊疑似妊娠合并HBV感染者100例,分别行TRFIA检测其血清学标志物HBV(HBV-M)和行qPCR方法检测其HBV-DNA含量,并对2种方法的阳性检出率进行比较。结果 TRFIA法检测HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg与qPCR检测结果基本符合。qPCR检测HBV-DNA阳性占比67.00%(67/100),其中TRFIA法检测大三阳29份,使用qPCR法检测其HBV-DNA的含量阳性27份,占93.10%。结论 TRFIA与qPCR在HBV-M5项指标的定量分析中存在一定的相关性,但二者的定量分析中的绝对数值并不能进行比较。TRFIA与qPCR技术用于HBV-M5项指标检测,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、标准曲线稳定性好等特点。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA)combined with quantitative fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)in the detection of pregnant patients with hepatitis B(HBV)infection.Methods 100 suspected pregnant patients with HBV infection were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.Serological marker HBV(HBV-M)was detected by TRFIA and HBV-DNA content was detected by qPCR,and the positive detection rates of the two methods were compared.Results The results of HBsAg,HBsAb and HBeAg detected by TRFIA were basically consistent with the results of qPCR.The proportion of HBV-DNA positive detected by qPCR was 67.00%(67/100),of which 29 samples were detected by TRFIA method and 27 samples were detected by qPCR with positive content of HBV-DNA,accounting for 93.10%.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between TRFIA and qPCR in the quantitative analysis of HBV-M5 indexes,but the absolute values in the quantitative analysis of the two cannot be compared.TRFIA and qPCR have been used for the detection of HBV-M5 indexes,which have the characteristics of strong specificity,high sensitivity,wide linear range and good stability of standard curve.
