清肺化痰方合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析清肺化痰方合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法 抽取2022年1月至2022年12月期间我院收治100例感染后咳嗽患者作为观察对象,参照计算机分组法将其分成两组,一组为单一组,治疗药物为苏黄止咳胶囊,一组为联合组,治疗药物为清肺化痰方合苏黄止咳胶囊,治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗总有效率、疾病症状改善时间、肺功能与炎性因子指标变化、总不良反应发生率及生活质量评分。结果 相较于单一组治疗总有效率为84.00%,联合组治疗总有效率98.00%更高,差异明显(P<0.05);相较于单一组,联合组咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、胸片炎症消失时间更短,差异明显(P<0.05);相较于单一组,联合组FVC、PEF、FEV_(1)、VT、IL-6、TNF-α、NE水平更优,差异明显(P<0.05);相较于单一组总不良反应发生率为22.00%,联合组总不良反应发生率6.00%更少,差异明显(P<0.05);相较于单一组,联合组生理功能、生理职能、活力、社会功能、疼痛、情感职能、总体健康评分更高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 清肺化痰方合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗感染后咳嗽有着疗效确切、安全性高等优势,能有效改善病情、提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Prescription combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of cough after infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-infection cough admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to the computer grouping method.One group was a single group,and the treatment drug was Suhuang Zhike capsule;the other group was a combination group,and the treatment drug was Qingfei Huatan Prescription combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule.After treatment,the total effective rate,improvement time of disease symptoms,changes of lung function and inflammatory factors,incidence of total adverse reactions and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the single group treatment was 84.00%,the total effective rate of the combination group was 98.00%,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the disappearance time of cough,pulmonary rales and chest X-ray inflammation in the combination group was shorter,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Compared with single group,the levels of FVC,PEF,FEV_(1),VT,IL-6,TNF-αand NE in combination group were better,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Compared with the total incidence of adverse reactions in a single group of 22.00%,the incidence of total adverse reactions in the combination group was 6.00%,which was less than that,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the physiological function,physiological function,vitality,social function,pain,emotional function and overall health scores of the combination group were higher,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingfei Huatan Decoction and Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of cough after infection has the advantages of precise efficacy and high safety,which can effectively improve the condition and improve the quality of life.
