臭氧雾化消毒技术合心理护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者心理状态及护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析臭氧雾化消毒技术合心理护理对霉菌性阴道炎患者心理状态及护理效果的影响。方法 将于2022年7月至2023年7月之间就诊于本院的霉菌性阴道炎患者作为本研究观察对象,总计70例,根据随机数字表法将这70例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行分组,其中常规组收治的35例患者开展常规护理干预,研究组收治的35例患者开展臭氧雾化消毒技术联合心理护理干预,并设置两组患者的护理满意度、心理状态、睡眠质量、自我护理能力以及临床症状评分等指标为评价指标。结果 测评患者护理满意度可知,研究组患者总满意率较高(P<0.05);测评患者心理状态可知,研究组患者心理状态改善情况较好(P<0.05);测评患者睡眠质量可知,研究组患者睡眠质量较好(P<0.05);测评患者自我护理能力可知,研究组患者自我护理能力较强(P<0.05);测评患者临床症状评分可知,研究组患者临床症状评分较低(P<0.05)。结论 对于霉菌性阴道炎患者来说,采用臭氧雾化消毒技术联合心理护理干预,有助于降低患者临床症状评分,提升其自我护理、睡眠质量以及护理满意度,对改善其心理状态具有积极影响,护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the impact of ozone atomization disinfection technology and psychological care on the psychological status and nursing effectiveness of patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with fungal vaginitis who visited our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation subjects of this study.These 70 patients with fungal vaginitis were divided into groups using a random number table method.Among them,35 patients in the conventional group received routine nursing intervention,while 35 patients in the study group received ozone atomization disinfection technology combined with psychological nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was set psychological status,sleep quality,self-care ability,and clinical symptom scores are evaluation indicators.Results The evaluation of patient nursing satisfaction showed that the total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was relatively high(P<0.05);By evaluating the psychological status of patients,it can be concluded that the improvement of psychological status in the study group was relatively good(P<0.05);By evaluating the sleep quality of patients,it can be concluded that the study group had better sleep quality(P<0.05);The evaluation of patients'self-care ability shows that the research group patients have strong self-care ability(P<0.05);According to the evaluation of the patient's clinical symptom score,the study group had a lower clinical symptom score(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with fungal vaginitis,ozone atomization disinfection technology combined with psychological nursing intervention should be used.This can help reduce the patient's clinical symptom score,improve their self-care,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction.It has a positive impact on improving their psychological state,and the nursing effect is significant.
