集束化康复护理联合膀胱功能训练在脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者中护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究分析脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者行集束化康复护理联合膀胱功能训练的临床效果。方法 病例为62例脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者,收治入院时间为2021年3月至2023年3月,通过病历号数字表法划分为研究组(n=31)、对照组(n=31)。对照组患者为常规基础护理干预,研究组患者为集束化康复护理联合膀胱功能训练,比较两组患者的残余尿量、膀胱压力及膀胱容量、生活质量评分、尿路感染发生率。结果 护理干预后研究组患者残余尿量低于对照组,膀胱压力及膀胱容量均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者尿路感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者行集束化康复护理联合膀胱功能训练可改善膀胱功能,提高生活质量,降低尿路感染发生率。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of cluster rehabilitation nursing combined with bladder function training for patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury.Methods Cases were 62 patients with neurogenic bladder of spinal cord injury,admitted from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The patients in the control group were routine basic care intervention,and the patients in the study group were cluster rehabilitation care combined with bladder function training to compare the bladder function indicators,quality of life score,and incidence of urinary tract infection between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the residual urine volume of study group was lower than the control group,bladder pressure and bladder volume of study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the nursing intervention study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of urinary tract infection in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with bladder function training can improve the bladder function,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
