基于竞赛特征的现代三人制篮球运动技战术训练研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,基于最新版国际篮联三人制篮球规则以及2023年三人制篮球世界杯前八强队伍的运动员身体指标和技战术特点,分析三人制篮球运动的竞赛特征,探讨该专项运动的技战术训练内容,旨在为三人制篮球运动的专项训练提供参考。结果表明:①现代三人制运动员的身高较为平均,未呈现较大落差,球员集体呈现“迅捷”球风。②三人制篮球比赛在攻防两端呈现出节奏快、频率高、更集中、更激烈的竞赛特征。③三人制篮球的远投频率和占比相对更高,战术配合相对简单和基础,运动员的“单兵作战”能力尤为突出。④技术训练方面,在夯实每名运动员基本功的基础上增强远投能力、突破能力、移动能力、对抗能力的训练,攻防两端更需平衡发展。⑤战术训练方面,要以简单基础为主、复杂多变为辅,努力提升运动员执行战术的稳定性以及运用战术的熟练性。This study employs research methods such as literature review and mathematical statistics to analyze the competitive characteristics of 3x3 basketball.It is based on the latest version of FIBA’s rules for 3x3 basketball and the physical indicators and tactical traits of athletes from the top eight teams in the 20233x3 Basketball World Cup.The research delves into the content of technical and tactical training for this specialized sport,aiming to provide valuable insights for 3x3 basketball’s specialized training.The results reveal:(1)Modern 3x3 athletes have relatively uniform heights,showcasing a collective“swift”playing style.(2)3x3 basketball games exhibit fast-paced,high-frequency,more concentrated,and intense competitive traits on both offense and defense.(3)3x3 basketball features a higher frequency and proportion of long-range shooting,relatively simple and fundamental tactical coordination,and exceptional individual“one-on-one”capabilities.(4)In terms of technical training,it is crucial to bolster players’long-range shooting,dribbling,mobility,and defensive skills while maintaining a balanced development on both ends of the court.(5)Concerning tactical training,the focus should be on simplicity and fundamentals,with complexity and variability as supplementary elements to enhance players’stability in executing tactics and proficiency in tactical application.
