摘 要:目的:探讨运动APP对大学生体育锻炼的影响机制,分析锻炼氛围的中介效应,以期为通过运动APP带动大学生体育锻炼提供实证参考。方法:运用相关分析法、多元回归分析法、Bootstrap检验法对江西省共青科教城1592名大学生的相关数据进行分析。结果:使用运动APP、线上锻炼氛围和大学生体育锻炼行为存在显著正相关(P<0.001);回归分析结果表明,使用运动APP能显著正向预测大学生锻炼氛围(β=0.771,P<0.01),显著正向预测大学生的体育锻炼行为(β=0.655,P<0.01),锻炼氛围能显著正向预测大学生体育锻炼(β=0.203,P<0.01)。另外,Bootstrap检验法结果显示,使用运动APP对大学生体育参与的直接效应是0.655,直接效应占比为80.7%,锻炼氛围的间接效应是0.157,间接效应占比为19.3%。结论:运动APP可以直接或者通过锻炼氛围间接影响大学生体育锻炼。因此建议:丰富运动APP的功能,鼓励大学生使用运动APP辅助日常锻炼,通过运动APP营造积极的锻炼氛围,带动大学生养成体育锻炼的习惯。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the mechanisms through which sports apps impact the physical exercise behavior of college students,with a particular focus on analyzing the mediating effects of the exercise environment.The goal is to provide empirical insights into using sports apps as a means to encourage physical activity among college students.Methods:Data from 1592 college students in Jiangxi Province’s Youth Science and Education City were analyzed using correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,and Bootstrap testing.Results:There is a significant positive correlation(P<0.001)among the use of sports apps,online exercise environment,and college students’physical exercise behavior.Regression analysis results indicate that the use of sports apps significantly and positively predicts college students’exercise environment(β=0.771,P<0.01)and their physical exercise behavior(β=0.655,P<0.01),while the exercise environment significantly and positively predicts college students’physical exercise(β=0.203,P<0.01).Additionally,Bootstrap testing results demonstrate that the direct impact of using sports apps on college students’physical participation is 0.655,accounting for 80.7%of the total effect,whereas the indirect effect through the exercise environment is 0.157,constituting 19.3%of the total effect.Conclusion:Sports apps can directly or indirectly influence college students’engagement in physical activities.Therefore,it is advisable to enhance the functionality of sports apps,encourage college students to use them as a support for their daily workouts,and utilize sports apps to foster a positive exercise environment,thus facilitating the development of a habit of physical exercise among college students.
