摘  要:目的:探究抗荷体能训练对飞行学员专项力量素质的影响效果,为构建飞行学员抗荷体能训练体系提供理论基础。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法等,以北京大学、清华大学、北京航空航天大学三校飞行学员为实验对象。结果:实验组颈部侧屈(左)、颈部侧屈(右)、颈部后上旋转(左)、颈部后上旋转(右)、腰背部后伸、腰背部侧屈(左)、腰背部侧屈(右)、腰背后上旋转(左)、腰背后上旋转(右)、腰背部前屈、耐受时间、左下肢最大蹬力、右下肢最大蹬力、左手握力、八级腹桥、呼吸肌力量耐力耐受时间均有显著性提高。结论:抗荷体能训练能够提升飞行学员的专项力量素质,有利于提升飞行学员抗载荷能力,保障其在执行飞行任务中获得更好的飞行环境,提升飞行能力。Objective:This study investigates the effects of anti-G physical conditioning training on the specialized strength attributes of flight cadets,aiming to establish a theoretical basis for the development of an anti-G physical conditioning training system for flight cadets.Methods:A combination of literature analysis and experimental approaches was employed,with flight cadets from Peking University,Tsinghua University,and Beihang University serving as the subjects.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in left neck lateral flexion,right neck lateral flexion,left neck posterior upward rotation,right neck posterior upward rotation,lumbar extension,left lumbar lateral flexion,right lumbar lateral flexion,left lumbar posterior upward rotation,right lumbar posterior upward rotation,lumbar flexion,endurance time,left lower limb maximum pushing force,right lower limb maximum pushing force,left-hand grip strength,level-eight abdominal bridge,and endurance time for respiratory muscle strength.CONCLUSION:Anti-G physical conditioning training has the capacity to enhance the specialized strength attributes of flight cadets,contributing to their resilience against G-forces and ensuring an improved flying environment during flight missions,consequently elevating their overall flight capabilities.
