摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,各种新型电气设备层出不穷,在提升人们生产、生活水平的同时,可以在减少人工操作的基础上,进一步提升电气产品的功能和应用效果。电气自动化技术在智能建筑中的应用,加快了我国智能建筑行业的发展速度。同时,该技术的合理应用不仅能优化和完善智能建筑电气设备管理系统,还能保证智能建筑的安全、稳定运行。基于此,本文主要分析了电气自动化技术的特征、优势及其在智能建筑中的应用及优化策略等内容,以期促进智能建筑的良好发展。With the continuous development of science and technology,various new electrical equipment emerges successively,which can further improve the function and application effect of electrical products on the basis of reducing manual operation while improving people’s production and living levels.The application of electrical automation technology in intelligent buildings has accelerated the development speed of China’s intelligent building industry.At the same time,the reasonable application of this technology can not only optimize and improve the intelligent building electrical equipment management system,but also ensure the safe and stable operation of intelligent buildings.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and advantages of electrical automation technology,its application in intelligent buildings and optimization strategies,so as to promote the good development of intelligent buildings.
