摘　　要：随着工业互联网、5G、大数据中心、人工智能等高新技术的迅速发展,绿色、智能化已成为工业转型升级的内在要求和必然趋势。智慧水务是近十多年来被提出来并不断发展起来的,是智慧城市建设中的一个关键环节,也是环境保护中必不可少的一环。智慧水务技术已经成为我国重要的战略性产业。现有的智能水务管理系统存在着功能单一、运行周期长等问题,建立一套适用于现代城镇建设的智能化水务系统,是目前我国城镇供水发展的一个重要方向。With the rapid development of industrial Internet,5G,big data center,artificial intelligence and other high and new technologies,green and intelligence have become the internal requirements and inevitable trends of industrial transformation and upgrading.Smart water has been proposed and continuously developed in the past ten years,and is a key link in the construction of smart cities and an indispensable part of environmental protection.Smart water technology has become an important strategic industry in China.The existing intelligent water management system has problems such as single function and long operation cycle,and the establishment of an intelligent water system suitable for modern urban construction is an important direction for the development of urban water supply in China.
