大型港口机械智能在线监测系统的研究应用

摘　　要：伴随着港口事业的稳步发展,大部分港口都建立了智能在线监测系统,该系统兼具状态监测、故障预警与识别等功能,对提高港口机械设备的可靠性具有重要意义。因为智能在线监测系统具有技术集成性特点,其设计难度大,相关人员需尤其注重其总体结构,合理配备软硬件设施。基于此,文章着重分析了大型港口机械在线监测系统的应用要点,以期指导实际工作。With the steady development of the port industry,most ports have established intelligent online monitoring system.This system has functions such as status monitoring and fault warning and identification,which is of great significance for improving the reliability of port mechanical equipment.Due to the technical integration characteristics of intelligent online monitoring systems,their design is difficult,and relevant personnel need to pay special attention to their overall structure and reasonably equip software and hardware facilities.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on analyzing the application points of online monitoring systems for large port machinery,so as to guide practical work.
