摘 要:为解决新庄煤矿高地应力大断面巷道围岩变形剧烈的问题,基于高预应力强力支护技术,提出了高预应力强力锚杆支护理论和设计原则,数值模拟了拱形巷道预应力分布特征及不同排距对预应力场的影响,并对运输大巷试验段进行了矿压监测与分析,得出高预应力锚杆支护技术顶板离层小,稳定性良好。研究为巷道支护参数优化提供了一定的理论依据,可以有效保障高地应力大断面巷道的稳定性。In order to solve the severe deformation of the surrounding rock in the high stress and large section roadway of Xinzhuang Coal Mine,based on the high pre-stressed strong support technology,the theory and design principles of high pre-stressed strong anchor support were proposed.The distribution characteristics of pre-stress in the arch roadway and the impact of different row spacing on the pre-stress field were numerically simulated.The rock pressure detection and analysis of the experimental section of the transportation roadway showed that the high pre-stressed anchor support technology had small roof separation and good stability.This provides a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of roadway support parameters,which can effectively ensure the stability of the high stress and large section roadway.
