摘 要:以浅埋深薄基岩工作面为研究对象,对厚煤层条件下大采高下的防水溃泥砂安全性进行了分析研究。通过现场钻孔取样进行了岩性柱状统计分析,实测了风化基岩及黄土段力学性能,并针对岩性强度归类后的垮落带及裂隙带发育高度进行了理论计算,最后通过3DEC离散元模拟软件对切眼基岩段地质条件下的冒裂特征进行了数值模拟。探测发现切眼区域累计埋深约65.5 m,薄基岩厚度仅26.5 m,且有弱风化,强度介于13~32 MPa之间;经理论计算与数值模拟发现采全条件下,基岩垮落带发育高度约14.5 m,导水裂隙可贯穿整个基岩,黄土层全段发生弯曲下沉直至地表,地表下沉导致局部张拉,出现垂直型裂隙,存在雨季涌入积水及溃泥的可能性,建议避开雨季回采,以及做好引流工程与地表裂缝回填相结合措施。Taking the shallow buried thin bedrock working face as the research object,the safety of water and sediment prevention at large mining height under the condition of thick coal seam was analyzed and studied.The statistical analysis of lithology column was carried out through the field borehole sampling,the mechanical properties of weathering bedrock and loess section were measured,and the development height of caving zone and fracture zone after lithology strength classification was calculated theoretically.Finally,the numerical simulation of fracture characteristics under geological conditions of the cut bedrock section was carried out by 3DEC discrete element simulation software.It was found that the cumulative depth of the hole cutting area was about 65.5 m,the thickness of the thin bedrock was only 26.5 m,and there was weak weathering in the bedrock segment,with the strength between 13 and 32 MPa;through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,it was found that under the condition of full mining,the bedrock caving zone was about 14.5 m in height,water-conducting cracks ran through the entire bedrock,bended and sank to the surface in the whole loess layer,vertical cracks appeared in the local tension of the surface,and there was the possibility of water influx and mud collapse in the rainy season.It is suggested to avoid mining in the rainy season,and take measures to combine drainage engineering and backfilling of surface cracks.
