摘 要:为了研究进气温度对于矿用防爆柴油机排放性能的影响,进行了3次防爆柴油机台架试验。3次进气温度分别为25℃,30℃,35℃,3次温度由进气空调设定。在9个工况点(转速分别为2200 r/min,1500 r/min,1200 r/min,负荷分别为100%,75%,50%)下进行试验。试验结果表明,矿用防爆柴油机的CO,NO_(x)排放性能随着进气温度的降低都得到了改善。In order to study the effect of intake air temperature on the emission performance of mine explosion-proof diesel engines,three bench tests of explosion-proof diesel engines were carried out.The three intake air temperatures were 25℃,30℃,and 35℃respectively,and the three temperatures were set by the intake air conditioner.Tests were carried out at 9 operating points(rotational speed of 2200 r/min,1500 r/min,1200 r/min,load of 100%,75%,50%,respectively).The test results show that the emission performance of CO and NO_(x) of mine explosion-proof diesel engine is improved with the decrease of intake air temperature.
