摘　　要：目的评估腰骶支具治疗慢性非特异性腰背痛患者的临床疗效及对核心肌群的影响。方法80名患有慢性非特异性腰背痛的参与者被随机分为治疗组(n=40)或对照组(n=40)。对照组接受核心肌群稳定性训练;治疗组进行训练同时,要求佩戴腰骶支具;治疗周期为8周。治疗前、治疗后8周和12周随访评估疼痛、残疾、运动恐惧、生活质量、躯干肌肉耐力厚度及横切面积。结果末次随访,2组患者在疼痛、功能、运动恐惧和生活质量方面没有差异。末次随访对照组躯干肌肉耐力和躯干前屈运动优于实验组(P<0.05)。结论腰骶支具治疗慢性非特异腰骶疼痛不能提供有效的疼痛缓解,且存在核心肌群肌肉萎缩的风险。Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy and impact on core muscle group of thoracolumbosacral orthosis in treatment patients with chronic non-specific low back pain.Methods Eighty participants with chronic non-specific low back pain were randomly assigned to a treatment group(n=40)or a control group(n=40).The control group received core muscle stability training;The treatment group was required to wear a lumbosacral brace during the training.The treatment period was 8 weeks.Pain,disability,fear of exercise,quality of life,trunk muscle[HJ]endurance thickness and cross-sectional area were assessed at 8 and 12 weeks of follow-up before and after the treatment.Results At the last follow-up,there were no differences in pain,function,fear of exercise and quality of life between the two groups.At the last follow-up,the trunk muscle endurance and torso forward bending exercise of the control group were better than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions It can not provide effective pain relief of thoracolumbosacral orthosis in treatment chronic non-specific lumbosacral pain,and there is a risk of core muscle atrophy.
