妊娠晚期孕妇抑郁状态现况调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的妊娠晚期孕妇抑郁状态现况调查及其影响因素。方法选取2021年10月21日-2022年1月10日在本院产科门诊产检妊娠晚期(≥31周)孕妇493例,采用一般资料调查表、APGAR、EPDS进行问卷调查。分析孕妇产前抑郁状况及其影响因素。结果妊娠晚期孕妇产前抑郁发生率为35.29%。经Logistic回归发现,妊娠晚期孕妇抑郁影响因素包括受教育程度(OR=0.66,95%,CI:0.51~0.85)、家庭关怀度(OR=3.44,95%,CI:1.99~5.96)、辅助生殖技术(OR=2.44,95%,CI:1.34~4.44)。结论本研究妊娠晚期孕妇的产前抑郁发生率高于国内发达地区。受教育程度较低、辅助生殖孕妇是发生妊娠晚期抑郁症的高危因素,家庭关怀也是重要的影响因素。Objective To explore the depression status in pregnant women in the third trimester and its influencing factors.Methods From October 2021 to January 2022,a total of 493 late trimester of pregnancy women(≥31 weeks)who received antenatal care at outpatient of obstetrics department in our hospital were selected.General data questionnaire,APGAR and EPDS were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.It analyzed the depression status of pregnant women and its influencing factors.Results The incidence of antenatal depression in the third trimester was 35.29%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of depression in the third trimester were education(OR=0.66,95%,CI:0.51-0.85),family care during pregnancy(OR=3.44,95%,CI:1.98-5.96)and assisted reproductive technology(OR=2.44,95%,CI:1.34-4.44).Conclusions In this study,the incidence of prenatal depression of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy is higher than that of developed regions in China.Low education level,assisted reproduction pregnant women are high-risk factors for the occurrence of depression in the third trimester of pregnancy,and appropriate family care is also an important influencing factor.
