摘　　要：目的探讨对18例PipkinⅠ~Ⅳ型骨折个性化治疗方法及疗效。方法选用2012年1月-2022年12月于本院诊治的18例此类损伤进行研究,结合Pipkin进行骨折分型,其中Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型各6例,2例为Ⅲ型,4例为Ⅳ型。18例患者均进行个性化手术治疗。结果经过随访,结合Thompson-Epstein临床和影像学评定标准,18例患者中,8例患者为优,6例为良,2例为中,2例为差,总优良率为77.8%。结论基于个性化手术方案的治疗能够有效地提高PipkinⅠ~Ⅳ型骨折患者的手术治疗成功率,降低手术并发症发生率,促进患者愈合和恢复,实现关节功能的恢复。Objective To discuss the individualized surgical plan in treatment 18 cases of Pipkin I-IV fractures and its effect.Methods A total of 18 patients with this type of injury treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2022,who were selected for the study.The fracture types were classified with Pipkin,including 6 cases of typeⅠand typeⅡrespectively,2 cases of typeⅢand 4 cases of typeⅣ.All the 18 patients underwent individualized surgery.Results After the follow-up,combined with Thompson-Epstein clinic and imaging to evaluate the standards,eight of the 18 patients were excellent,six were good,two were medium and 2 were poor,and the overall excellent and good rate was 77.8%.Conclusions The treatment based on personalized surgical plan can effectively improve the success rate of surgical treatment for patients with PipkinⅠ-Ⅳfractures,reduce the incidence of surgical complications,promote the healing and recovery of patients,and achieve the recovery of joint function.
