摘 要:【目的】探讨支气管哮喘患儿白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平与病情严重程度的相关性。【方法】选择2019年12月至2022年12月本院收治的120例支气管哮喘患儿(观察组),根据患儿病情严重程度将其分为轻度组、中度组、重度组;另选同期于本院体检的60例健康儿童作为对照组。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析IL-10、IL-17、ICAM-1水平预测支气管哮喘发生的价值。采用Spearman秩相关分析IL-10、IL-17、ICAM-1水平与病情严重程度的相关性。【结果】观察组IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-17、ICAM-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,IL-10、IL-17、ICAM-1预测支气管哮喘发生的曲线下面积为0.868、0.839、0.987(均P<0.05)。IL-10水平:轻度组>中度组>重度组(P<0.05);IL-17水平:轻度组<中度组<重度组(P<0.05);ICAM-1水平:轻度组<中度组<重度组(P<0.05)。IL-10水平与病情严重程度呈负相关(r s=-0.561,P<0.05),IL-17、ICAM-1水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(r s=0.539、0.584,均P<0.05)。【结论】IL-10、IL-17、ICAM-1预测支气管哮喘患儿发生的价值较高,且支气管哮喘患儿IL-10、IL-17、ICAM-1水平与患儿病情严重程度显著相关,临床可对以上指标进行监测,以预测疾病的发生与进展。【Objective】To investigate the correlation of levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17),and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)with the severity of children bronchial asthma.【Methods】A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.According to the severity of bronchial asthma status,patients were further divided into the mild group,the moderate group,and the severe group.In the same time period,60 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of analyzing the levels of IL-10,IL-17,and ICAM-1 using in predicting the occurrence of bronchial asthma.Spearman rank correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between levels of IL-10,IL-17,ICAM-1 and the severity of the disease.【Results】The level of IL-10 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-17 and ICAM-1 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of IL-10,IL-17,and ICAM-1 in predicting the occurrence of bronchial asthma were 0.868,0.839,and 0.987,respectively(all P<0.05).The trend of IL-10 level was mild group>moderate group>severe group(P<0.05),while the trends of both IL-17 level and ICAM-1 level were in the order of mild group<moderate group<severe group(P<0.05).The level of IL-10 is negatively correlated with the severity of the disease condition(r s=-0.561,P<0.05),while the levels of IL-17 and ICAM-1 were positively correlated with the severity of the disease condition(r s=0.539,0.584,all P<0.05).【Conclusion】IL-10,IL-17,and ICAM-1 have a high predictive value for the occurrence of bronchial asthma in children,and the levels of IL-10,IL-17,and ICAM-1 in children with bronchial asthma are significantly correlated with the severity of the disease.The above indicators
