摘 要:矽肺是一种由于长期吸入大量游离晶体二氧化硅所引起的进行性肺纤维化疾病,严重威胁相关劳动作业人员的健康,造成严重的疾病负担。矽肺的发病机制较为复杂且不明确,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在矽肺发病机制中起到重要作用。本文对矽肺发病和疾病进展过程中lncRNA的作用机制进行综述,以期提高对该疾病的认识,为矽肺的防治提供思路。Silicosis is a progressive pulmonary fibrosis disease caused by long-term inhalation of a large amount of free crystalline silica,which seriously threatens the health of relevant workers and causes a huge amount of disease burden.The pathogenesis of silicosis is complex and unclear,it has been reported that long non coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of silicosis.In order to improve the understanding of the disease and provide directions for the prevention and treatment of silicosis,this article reviewed the mechanism of lncRNA in the pathogenesis and disease progression of silicosis.
