摘  要:本研究以6株水稻纹枯病菌和24个水稻品种为试验材料,在人工接种病原菌的条件下分析两种鉴定品种抗病性的技术——离体叶片接种、田间嵌入接种的契合度,并对参试品种的抗病性进行评估。结果显示,接种水稻纹枯病菌株H-5、H-8、H-19和H-62后,两种鉴定技术的契合度均为79.17%;接种菌株H-50和H-99后,两种鉴定技术的契合度均为75.00%;参试水稻品种的抗病性存在明显差异,松粳22、松粳28等12个品种平均病级低于2级,属于抗病反应型;另外还发现,供试菌株的致病力存在明显差异,H-99致病力最强。In this study,six strains of rice sheath blight and 24 rice cultivars were used as experimental materials.The compatibility of two disease resistance identification techniques was analyzed and the resistance to rice sheath blight of tested cultivars was evaluated.The result showed that the coincidence of the two identification techniques was 79.17%after inoculation with rice sheath blight strains H-5,H-8,H-19,and H-62.The coincidence of the two techniques was 75.00%after inoculation with H-50 and H-99.The resistance in the tested rice cultivars was significantly different,and the average disease grade of 12 rice cultivars such as Song jing 22 and Song jing 28 was lower than grade 2,which belonged to the disease resistance response type.In addition,it was found that there were significant differences in the pathogenicity of tested rice sheath blight strains,among which H-99 has the strongest pathogenicity.
