摘　　要：铁路160km/h动力集中动车组各类行车监控系统各自独立、资源分散,不利于指导现场检修作业。为能够全面集中掌握动车组运用状态,改善因管理因素产生的设备失修、漏修、盲目检修局面,利用各类检测监测数据为基础,搭建了数字化精准预防修管理平台,实现了动态掌控、精准检修、自主保障的智能化运维管理,大幅提高了160km/h动力集中动车组运用检修效率及安全防范能力。In view of the existing problems of resource dispersion and lack of integration in the running monitoring system of various 160km/h EMUs,a digital precision preventive repair management platform is built based on various detection and monitoring data to fully grasp the operating status of EMUs and realize the intelli⁃gent application and maintenance management of dynamic control,accurate maintenance and independent support.The situation of equipment disrepair,missing repair and blind repair caused by management fac⁃tors is avoided,and the maintenance efficiency and safety prevention ability of 160km/h power concentrat⁃ed EMU are improved.
