摘 要:黎湛电气化铁路在开通后不久,接触网开关测控终端陆续发生电源模块故障,影响铁路运营安全。从产品构成、机理分析、比对试验及现场电源质量测试等方面分析故障原因,提出加装电源滤波稳压模块或隔离变压器等措施,可有效减少接触网开关测控终端故障率。通过黎湛铁路实际验证改进措施,接触网开关测控终端至今未发生电源模块故障,说明改进措施切实提高了牵引供电运行的可靠性和安全性。Shortly after the operation of the Li Zhan electrified railway,power module failures occurred in the contact network switch measurement and control terminals,affecting the safety of railway operation.Analyzing the causes of faults from the aspects of product composition,mechanism analysis,comparative testing,and onsite power quality testing,measures such as installing a power filtering stabilizing module and isolation transformer are proposed to effectively reduce the fault rate of the contact network switch measurement and control terminal.After adopting these improvement measures,there has been no power module failure in the contact network switch measurement and control terminal of Lizhan Railway overhead contact sys⁃tem,indicating that these improvement measures have effectively improved the reliability and safety of traction power supply operation.
