摘　　要：抗体偶联药物是由靶向肿瘤特异性抗原或肿瘤相关抗原的单克隆抗体与特定数目的小分子细胞毒素,通过连接子偶联而成,具有高特异性、高效性和低系统毒性的特点。现从抗体偶联药物的组成、研发历程、作用机制及相关的临床应用等方面系统总结其最新的研究进展。Antibody-drug conjugate(ADC)is made of monoclonal antibodies with tumor special antigen or tumor-related antigens and small molecular cytotoxin with specific numbers through linkers.ADC displays high specificity,high efficiency and low systemic toxicity.This review systematically summarizes the latest research progress of ADC from the composition,research and development process,mechanism of action and related clinical applications of ADC.
