唐信州刺史薛府君墓所见幽营二州薛氏  

Linkage between the Xues in Youzhou and Yingzhou Indicated by the Epitaph of Xue Tomb of Tang Dynasty

摘　　要：北京姚家井信州刺史薛府君墓为双室砖墓,出土兽首人身十二生肖俑。志盖篆刻“大唐故信州刺史河东薛府君墓志之铭”文字中的信州,是武周万岁通天元年(696年),为安置契丹失活部落而置的羁縻州信州,原隶属营州都督,后寄治幽州范阳县,改隶幽州都督管辖。信州刺史薛府君墓下葬的年代在开元中后期至天宝十四年(755年)安禄山叛乱之前。信州刺史薛府君,极有可能是薛仁贵、薛讷、薛楚玉家族成员。正是薛氏家族与营州、幽州一地的紧密联系,才使以下事件成为可能:安史叛乱后,薛楚玉将领刘正臣带领平卢军的迅速反正;河朔平定后,薛嵩的感恩奉职;薛嵩之子薛平未效仿河朔故事,归附中央;朝廷平定李师道后,薛平又为平卢军节度、观察使等。Tomb of Xue Fujun was a double-chambered brick tomb,discovered at Yaojiajing,Beijing,unearthing 12 zodiac figurines with the animal heads and the human bodies.Xue Fujun was the Governor of Xinzhou Prefecture.The charac-ter,Xinzhou Prefecture,in the inscriptions of Da Tang Gu Xin Zhou Ci Shi He Dong Xue Fu Jun Mu Zhi Zhi Ming engraved on the epitaph cover,referred to Xinzhou of Jimi system,set up in the first year of Wansuitongtian(696)in order to settle the Shihuo Clan of Khitan.Xinzhou of Jimi system was originally under the jurisdiction of the Governor of Yingzhou,and later was temporally governed by Fanyang County of Youzhou,under the jurisdiction of the Governor of Youzhou.Xue Fujun,the Xinzhou Prefecture Governor,was buried between the middle and later period of Kaiyuan and the 14th year of Tianbao(755),before An Lushan Rebellion.Xue Fujun,the governor of Xinzhou,was highly possible a family member of Xue Rengui,Xue Ne,and Xue Chuyu's.It was the close linkage between the Xue Family and Yingzhou and Youzhou that made the subsequent events possible.In the early stage of the Anshi Rebellion,Liu Zhengchen,a general of Xue Chuyu's,quickly led the Pinglu Army and surrendered to Tang.After the Anshi Rebellion was put down,Xue Song took refuge in Tang Dynasty and was nomi-nated the military officer.Xue Ping,Xue Song's son,paid allegiance to the central government,and after the imperial court defeated Li Shidao,Xue Ping was appointed as the top military and administrative officer of Pinglu Army.
