摘  要:定量血流分数(QFR)是新兴的无创冠状动脉功能学评估技术,与金标准血流储备分数(FFR)相比,QFR具有无创、无药物诱发副作用、无昂贵导丝、可重复性高、流程便捷和耗时少等优点,在冠心病的研究中不断凸显其诊断和预后价值。左主干病变是冠状动脉血管病变的高危分类人群,未经优化的左主干病变血运重建治疗策略严重影响患者预后,加重患者经济负担,影响冠心病诊疗技术的发展。如何提升左主干病变血运重建治疗效果是心血管病医师的一大挑战。冠状动脉功能学评估相关技术不断得到发展和应用,QFR是其中的典型代表,利用QFR对左主干病变进行细致的功能学评估,并指导和优化治疗手段显得非常重要。本文将对QFR的基本原理和QFR在左主干病变中的应用进行综述。Quantitative flow ratio(QFR)is an emerging noninvasive technique for coronary artery function assessment.Compared with the“gold standard”fractional flow reserve(FFR),QFR has the advantages of non-invasive damage,no drug-induced side effects,no expensive guidewire,repeatability,convenient procedure and less time consumption,which continuously highlights its diagnostic and prognostic value in the study of coronary heart disease.Left main coronary artery disease is a high-risk group of coronary artery disease.The unoptimized revascularization strategies of left main disease seriously affects the prognosis of patients,increases the economic burden of patients,and aff ects the development of diagnosis and treatment technology of coronary heart disease.How to improve the revascularization treatment of left main disease is a major challenge in contemporary cardiovascular specialists.The technology of coronary artery function assessment has been developed and applied continuously,and QFR is a typical representative of it,it is very important to use QFR to conduct a detailed functional assessment of left main disease and to guide and optimize treatment methods.This article will review the rationale of QFR and its application in left main disease.
