摘  要:经导管去肾交感神经术(RDN)是一种通过导管微创介入手术使高血压患者降压的革新性手段,主要通过射频能量对分布于肾动脉及紧邻的交感神经进行消融,一定程度上阻断肾交感神经信号传导,从而降低交感神经兴奋性,并通过调节肾素-血管紧张素系统,进而实现一次手术长期平稳降压的效果。本文报道1例采用Symplicity Spyral肾动脉多极射频消融导管行RDN治疗35岁服用4种降压药血压仍然不理想的难治性高血压病患者,患者术后进行了6个月的随访,效果满意。Percutaneous renal denervation(RDN)is an innovative minimally invasive procedure aimed at reducing blood pressure in patients with resistant hypertension.RDN involves the use of a catheter-based intervention to deliver radiofrequency energy to ablate the renal sympathetic nerves located along the renal artery and adjacent regions.This disruption of the signaling between the kidneys and the brain attenuates renal sympathetic nerve activity,leading to reduced sympathetic excitability.By modulating the neuroendocrine-renal system,RDN offers the potential for sustained and controlled blood pressure reduction following a single intervention.This case report presents the successful application of the Symplicity Spyral catheter for RDN in a 35-year-old male patient with refractory resistant hypertension who remained unresponsive to treatment with five antihypertensive medications,whose blood pressure got well controlled in 6 months follow-up.
