摘 要:针对煤化工高盐废水成分复杂、盐分和有机物含量高的特点,零排放技术成为解决煤化工高盐废水处理的有效途径。综述了煤化工高盐废水膜法分盐零排放处理关键技术,总结了预处理、膜浓缩减量、纳滤分盐和蒸发/冷冻结晶等技术原理、技术特点和应用场景,并对各技术进行比较,从系统工程和资源化利用的角度展望了煤化工高盐废水零排放技术发展方向。High salinity wastewater of coal chemical industry is characterized by complex composition,high content of salts and organic compounds;zero emission technology has become an effective way to solve the problem of high salinity wastewater treatment in coal chemical industry.The key technologies of zero emission treatment of high salinity wastewater with salt separation by membrane were reviewed,and the technical principle,characteristics and application scenarios of pretreatment,membrane concentration reduction,nanofiltration salt separation and evaporation/freezing crystallization were summarized.Meanwhile,a comparison among several technologies was carried out,the development direction of high salinity wastewater zero emission technology was prospected from the perspective of system engineering and resource utilization.
