摘  要:近年来D江原水多次出现原水藻类升高的现象,造成水厂出厂水铝超标风险显著升高。对D江原水藻类升高期间的出厂水铝含量控制方法进行了研究,结果表明,在常规工艺水厂,将砂滤池改造成炭砂滤池,炭砂滤池对碱性进水的pH缓冲作用和除铝作用显著优于砂滤池,能保障出厂水铝含量达标;在有臭氧-活性炭工艺的深度处理水厂,经活性炭滤池后,pH值和铝含量进一步降低;用硫酸铝混凝替代聚合氯化铝混凝,能显著降低出水pH值和铝含量,保障出厂水铝含量达标;不宜将聚氯化铝和硫酸铝混合使用,两者相互作用产生的白色颗粒物易堵塞投加管道及设备,且会降低混凝剂的混凝效能;降低砂滤池滤速可强化除铝作用,必要时可作为应急补充措施。In recent years,algae in the raw water of D River has increased for many times,resulting in a significant increase of the risk of the aluminum content of the effluent water from the waterworks exceeding the standard.The method for controlling the aluminum content in the effluent water during the algae rising period in the raw water of D River was studied.The results showed that,transforming sand filter into carbon sand filter in the conventional process waterworks,the effect of the carbon sand filter on the pH buffering and aluminum removal of the alkaline influent water of the raw water was significantly better than that of the sand filter,which could ensure the aluminum content of the effluent water met the standard.In waterworks with ozone-biological activated carbon process,pH value and aluminum content were further reduced through treated by activated carbon filter.Using aluminum sulfate coagulation instead of polyaluminum chloride coagulation can significantly reduce the pH value and aluminum content of the effluent water and ensure the aluminum content meets the standard.It is not suitable to mix polyaluminum chloride with aluminum sulfate,for the produced white particles by the interaction will easily block and feeding pipelines and equipments,and will reduce the coagulation efficiency of the coagulant;reducing the filtration rate of sand filter can strengthen the aluminum removal effect and can be used as emergency supplementary measures when necessary.
