摘 要:以塑料为基体负载催化剂制备了塑料粒子电极,与Ti/RuSn阳极构建三维电催化反应器来增强硝态氮电催化降解的效果,并对塑料粒子电极进行了XRD、SEM表征。研究结果表明:塑料粒子电极表面负载了石墨烯、Ru-Sn双金属催化剂,与氯离子、Ti/RuSn阳极一起,协同促进了硝态氮阴极还原中间产物向氮气的转化,提高了总氮的去除率,自由基淬灭试验证明了自由基的存在与作用;当硝态氮的质量浓度为300 mg/L,粒子投加量为41.52 g/L,氯化钠投加量为0.1 g/L,反应时间为2.5 h时,三维电催化过程对硝态氮和总氮的去除率分别为75.92%和70.08%,相比二维电催化反应器,其去除率分别提高了39.73%和45.39%,塑料粒子电极对硝态氮的电催化降解有一定的增强作用。Plastic particles electrodes with plastic as the basic immobilized catalyst was prepared and used to construct three-dimensional electrocatalysis reactor with Ti/RuSn anode so as to enhance the degradation performance of electro-catalysis on nitrate nitrogen.The plastic particles electrodes were characterized by XRD and SEM.The study results showed that,graphene and Ru-Sn bimetallic catalyst loaded on the surface of plastic particles as well as chloridions and Ti/RuSn anode synergistically promoted the transformation from intermediate products of nitrate nitrogen cathode reduction to nitrogen,and then promoted the removal rate of total nitrogen.The free radical cancellation experiment proved the existence and the function of free radicals.When the mass concentration of nitrate nitrogen was 300 mg/L,the dosage of particles and sodium chloride were 41.52 and 0.1 g/L respectively,the reaction time was 2.5 h,the removal rates of nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen by three-dimensional electro-catalysis were 75.92%and 70.08%respectively,compared to two-dimensional electrocatalysis reactors,the removal rates were 39.73%and 45.39%higher respectively,which indicated that the plastic particles electrodes had certain enhancing effect on nitrate nitrogen degradation by electrocatalysis.
