摘  要:某大型污水处理厂为提高鼓风机房供氧能力并改善操作环境,拟对现状鼓风机房进行技术改造。改造前通过对实际进水水质的分析,将设计进水TN质量浓度由45 mg/L提高至60 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度由35 mg/L提高至50 mg/L;同时采用2021年的实际水量、进出水水质、曝气量等数据推算曝气器的实际氧传质效率仅为16.10%,曝气器的实际阻力却高达1.78 m,均达不到CJ/T 264—2018《水处理用橡胶膜微孔曝气器》中规定的充氧性能指标值。利用调整后的设计进水水质、曝气器的实际氧传质效率和阻力重新计算,改造后的鼓风机供气量较现状提高5.70%,风压较现状提高0.5 m。A large-scale sewage treatment plant is planning to carry out a technical transformation of its current blower room to improve oxygen supply capability and operating environment.Through the analysis of the actual influent water quality,the designed influent TN mass concentration was increased from 45 mg/L to 60 mg/L,and the NH4+-N mass concentration was increased from 35 mg/L to 50 mg/L,Using the data of the actual operating water volume,inlet and outlet water quality and aeration volume of 2021,it is estimated that the actual oxygen mass transfer efficiency of the aerator is only 16.10%,and the actual resistance of the aerator is as high as 1.78 m,both of which cannot reach the requirement of oxygenation performance indexes in CJ/T 264—2018 Rubber Membrane Microporous Aeration for Water Treatment.According to the recalculation using the adjusted design water quality,the actual oxygen mass transfer efficiency and the resistance of the aerator,the air suply amount of the reformed air blower was increased by 5.70%,and the air pressure of the blower was increased by 0.5 m compared to the current situation.
