摘 要:太湖蓝藻的打捞、无害化处置以及资源化利用工作取得了巨大进展,但目前仍存在未达到“日产日清”、藻水分离以及资源化利用技术和设施不成熟等问题。针对上述问题,采用全天候、智能化、离岸式蓝藻打捞系统技术(AIO打捞技术),通过全自动收集、藻水浮选分离及破壁薄层高温压榨等设施处置后,可得到含水率低于50%的藻泥,然后通过藻泥与秸秆等发酵生产有机肥,或者进一步通过太阳能复合膜低温蒸发干化系统制作含水率低于10%、具有更高价值的藻粉,实现蓝藻治理的无害化、减量化和资源化。AIO打捞技术不仅对太湖蓝藻打捞处置工作提供技术支撑,也对未来发展方向起到示范作用。Tremendous progress has been made in the fields of salvage,harmless disposal and resource utilization of blue-green algae in Taihu lake,however,some problems caused by immature technologies and facilities for algae-water separation and resource utilization still exists,and the goal of"wastes is treated within 24 h"has not been reached.In view of the above problems,all-weather,intelligent and offshore solve blue-green algae salvage technology(AIO salvage technology)was adopted.After a series of disposal such as:full-automatic collection,algae-water flotation separation,high-temperature crushing of broken wall thin layers,and so on,algal mud with a moisture content of less than 50%can be obtained.Then,organic fertilizer is produced through fermentation of algae mud and straw,or further algae powder with moisture content lower than 10%and higher value is produced through solar composite membrane low-temperature evaporation drying system,so as to realize the harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization of blue-green algae treatment.AIO salvage technology not only provides technical support for the salvage and disposal of blue-green algae in Taihu lake,but also plays a demonstration role for the future development direction.
