摘  要:为探索给水厂污泥固体废弃物的资源化利用途径,以给水厂污泥为主要原料开发出一种新型免烧结陶粒,并将其用作水处理滤料,研究其除磷除氟性能。正交试验结果表明,原料的最佳质量配比为:给水厂污泥45%、粉煤灰25%、水泥25%和激发剂5%。在污水处理厂尾水动态吸附柱试验中,水力停留时间为8 h时,总磷和氟化物去除率分别稳定在38.1%和19.1%左右,去除效果较普通陶粒分别提升了6.1倍和2.7倍。利用给水厂污泥制备的免烧结陶粒为城镇污水处理厂尾水除磷除氟提供了新的方法。In order to explore the way of resource utilization of solid waste of waterworks sludge,a new type of non-sintered ceramsite with waterworks sludge as main material was developed,and then be used as water treatment filter material,meanwhile,its dephosphorization and deflourination performance were studied.The results of the orthogonal test showed that,the optimal raw materials mass ratio of the non-sintered ceramsite was 45%of waterworks sludge,25%of fly ash,25%of cement and 5%of activator.In the tail water dynamic adsorption column experiment,when the hydraulic retention time was 8 h,the removal rates of total phosphorus and fluoride were stable at about 38.1%and 19.1%respectively,which were 6.1 and 2.7 times higher respectively than that of the ordinary ceramsite.Therefore,non-sintered ceramsite prepared from waterworks sludge provids a new method for dephosphorization and defluorination of tail water of municipal sewage treatment plant.
