摘  要:以玉米秸秆(CS)、左旋-半胱氨酸(L-CySH)、氢氧化钠(NaOH)、碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC·HCl)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)为原料,通过化学反应将巯基(-SH)引入到CS中,制备出Cd(Ⅱ)吸附剂巯基丙酰化玉米秸秆(MPCS);以MPCS对水样中Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附去除率为考察对象,利用单因素实验法研究MPCS制备的影响因素,并确定MPCS的最优制备条件。结果表明,当CS粒径为40目(0.45 mm)、活化剂选取0.5 mol·L^(-1)NaOH溶液、n(EDC·HCl):n(CySH)为0.025:1、m(NHS):m(EDC·HCl)为0.75:1、反应物比例m(CS):m(CySH)为1:5、反应介质pH值为10.0、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为3 h时,制备出的MPCS对水样中Cd(Ⅱ)吸附效果最好,Cd(Ⅱ)的最高去除率可达98.96%。红外分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)表明,MPCS的制备中CS纤维素分子链中成功引入了巯基,吸附后的MPCS表面附着大量Cd(Ⅱ)。A noval adsorbent for Cd(I)removal,called mercaptopropionyl corn stalk(MPCS)was prepared by chemical reaction with corn stalk(CS),L-cysteine(L-Cys),sodium hydroxide(NaOH),carbondimide hydrochloride(EDC:HCI)and N-hydroxysuc-cinimide(NHS)as raw materials.Taking the removal rate of Cd(Ⅱ)from water samples by MPCS as the object,the influencing fac-tors for the preparation of MPCS were investigated by single factor experimental method,and the optimal preparation conditions of MPCS were determined.The results showed that when the particle size of CS was 40 mesh(0.45 mm),the concentration of NaOH solution was 0.5 mol·L^(-1),n(EDC·HCI):n(CySH)was 0.025:1,m(NHS):m(EDC·HCI)was 0.75:1,m(CS):m(Cy-SH)was 1:5,the pH value of reaction medium was 10,reaction temperature was 55 C,and reaction time was 3 h,MPCS had the best adsorption performance for Cd(Ⅱ)in water samples,and the highest removal rate of Cd(Ⅱ)could reach 98.96%.The results of infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)showed that sulf-hydryl groups was successfully introduced into the cellulose molecular chain of CS in the preparation of MPCS,and a large amount of Cd(Ⅱ)was adsorbed on the surface of MPCS after adsorption.
