摘  要:以2-巯基苯并恶唑和1,4-二碘苯为原料,在微波辐射条件下进行偶联反应合成苯基双硫醚化合物,然后再与二芳基碘三氟甲磺酸盐反应,合成了一种新型芳基锍盐。采用NMR、MS等技术对目标化合物进行了表征,并确定了最佳反应条件。在苯基双硫醚化合物与二芳基碘三氟甲磺酸盐的摩尔比为1:2.4,催化剂为CuI/Cu,溶剂为1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷的反应条件下,目标化合物的产率达到了88%。该类化合物的紫外吸收波长可到290 nm以上,将其作为阳离子光引发剂可在应用于紫外光固化组合物中,并表现出良好的固化性能。A novel triarylsulfonium salt was synthesized by reacting phenyl bisulfide compounds with diphenyliodonium triflu-oromethanesulfonate.The target compounds were characterized by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)and Mass Spectrometry(MS),and the optimal reaction conditions were determined.Under the reaction conditions that the molar ratio of phenyl disulfide to diaryl iodotrifluoromethanesulfonate was 1:2.4,the catalyst was Cul/Cu,and the solvent was 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane,the yield of the target compound reached 88%.The Ultraviolet(UV)absorption wavelength of the target compounds could reach above 290 nm,which could be used as cationic photo-initiators in UV-curable compositions and showed good drying performance.The mecha-nism of the UV induced proton H generation was analyzed.
