摘 要:利用环氧氯丙烷交联溶液中的甲壳素与聚乙烯亚胺制备胺基改性甲壳素气凝胶(CP),并应用于铜离子(Cu(Ⅱ))的去除。采用FT-IR和SEM表征吸附前后CP的结构变化,证明其良好的稳定性。研究原料组成、溶液pH与共存化合物对吸附的影响以及吸附动力学和吸附等温过程。结果表明,甲壳素与聚乙烯亚胺质量组成比为1:8的条件下制备的CP在pH为5.5的溶液中具有较大的Cu(Ⅱ)吸附量(>160 mg·g^(-1));吸附过程属于化学吸附过程,符合Langmuir等温吸附模型;CP对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除受共存化合物氯化钠与葡萄糖的影响低,可重复使用,经6次循环后保持首次去除率的72%。The chitin-based aerogel(CP)with amino groups was prepared by crosslinking the aqueous chitin and polyethylenimine with the aid of epichlorohydrin and applied to the removal of copper ions(Cu(Ⅱ))from water.Technologies including FT-IR and SEM were used to characterize the structure change of CP before and after Cu(Ⅱ)capture,proving the favorable stability of CP.The effects of stock composition,solution pH,contact time and coexisting compounds on the adsorption and the adsorption kinetics,as well as the adsorption isotherm were investigated.The results showed that the CP with a composition ratio of chitin to polyethylen-imine at 1:8 revealed a high Cu(Ⅱ)adsorption capacity(>160 mg·g^(-1)).The capture process of CP toward Cu(Ⅱ)was a chem-ical adsorption and followed the Langmuir model of isotherm.The influence of coexisting compounds including sodium chloride and glucose on the adsorption of CP was low.Moreover,CP could be reused for the Cu(Ⅱ)capture and maintained 72%of the first re-moval capacity after 6 cycles of adsorption-desorption.
