摘 要:从三峡地区濒危植物内生菌中寻找活性次级代谢产物过程中,发现中华蚊母树叶片得到的内生放线菌XY3-1粗提物显示较强抑制植物病原菌活性。以抗菌活性指导分离从Streptomyces californicus XY3-1液体发酵乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定9个化合物,运用核磁共振,质谱及文献对照等方法确定其确定结构,分别为Benzodipyran(1),Okicenone(2),2-(2'-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone(3),2-(6-methyl-8-oxo-5,8-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl)-acetic acid(4),3,8-dihydroxy-1-methyl-4a,9a-dihydroanthracene-9,10-dione(5),dibutylphthalate(6),bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicaroxylate(7),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(8),indole-3-aldehyde(9)。以滤纸片法评价化合物1~9的抗菌活性,结果表明化合物1对番茄枯萎病原菌、角斑病原菌、柑橘溃疡病菌、鳗弧病菌均有抑制效果,MIC值分别为62.50μg·mL^(-1)、7.81μg·mL^(-1)、62.50μg·mL^(-1)、7.80μg·mL^(-1);化合物2对角斑病原菌,鳗弧病菌两种病原菌具有抑制作用,MIC值分别为7.80μg·mL^(-1)、3.90μg·mL^(-1);化合物4仅对鳗弧病原菌有抑制作用,MIC值为7.80μg·mL^(-1),其余化合物对四种指示病原菌均无有意义的抗菌活性。During searching for the active metabolites from endophytic microbes of endangered plants in Three Gorges area,the ex-tract crude of strain XY3-1 displayed strong inhibition activity to plant pathogens.The method of antimicrobial activity guided the i-solation was employed,and the ethyl acetate extract from the fermentation broth was purified by various column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography,and nine metabolites were obtained from endophytic actinomycete Streptomyces californicus XY3-1.According to the NMR and MS spectral data,and literature comparison,they were identified as Benzodipyran(1),Okicenone(2),2-(2'-hydroxypropyl)-5-methyl-7-hydroxychromone(3),2-(6-methyl-8-oxo-5,8-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl)-acetic acid(4),3,8-dihydroxy-1-methyl-4a,9a-dihydroanthracene-9,10-dione(5),dibutylphthalate(6),bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicaroxylate(7),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(8),indole-3-aldehyde(9).The antibacterial activity of the isolated compounds was valued by filter paper method.compound1 showed different inhibition activity to four pathogens of Clavibater michiganensis(Smith)Davis,Micrococ-cus luteus,Xanthomonas Campestrispu citri,Vibrio anguillarum with MIC values at 62.50μg·mL^(-1),7.81μg·mL^(-1),62.50μg·mL^(-1)and 7.85μg·mL^(-1),respectively,and compound 2 only showed inhibition activity to Micrococcus luteus and Vibrio anguillarum with MIC values of 7.80μg·mL^(-1)and 3.90μg·mL^(-1),respectively,and compound 4 displayed active to Vibrio anguilarum with MIC value of 7.81μg·mL^(-1),while other compounds had no antibacterial activity.
