摘  要:本文对分离自短距乌头(Aconitum brevicalcaratum)的一株层叠韧革菌(Stereum complicatum M2)的次生代谢产物进行了研究,共从中分离鉴定了9个已知化合物:3-chloro-5-methoxy-6-propylbenzoate(1)、1-oxo-2α,3β-dihydroxytotarol(2)、orcinol(3)、sterostrein V(4)、sterostreins P(5)、sterostrein E(6)、sterostrein D(7)、2,3,6-trihydroxycaryol-5-en-7-one(8)、sterostrein C(9)。化合物3~7对金黄色葡萄球菌有中等抑制活性,MIC值分别为32、16、4、8、32μg·mL^(-1);化合物4对枯草芽孢杆菌有弱的抑制活性(MIC=64μg·mL^(-1)),化合物1、2、5对白色念珠菌有弱抑制活性,MLC值分别为64、64、64μg·mL^(-1),化合物9对白色念珠菌有良好抑制活性(MIC值为32μg·mL^(-1))。Secondary metabolites of Stereum complicatum M2 isolated from the leaves of Aconitum brevicalcaratum were investigated.Nine compounds were isolated and identified as:3-chloro-5-methoxy-6-propylbenzoate(1),1-oxo-2α,3β-dihydroxytotarol(2),orcinol(3),sterostrein V(4),sterostreins P(5),sterostrein E(6),sterostrein D(7),2,3,6-trihydroxycaryol-5-en-7-one(8),sterostrein C(9).Compounds 3~7 showed moderate inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus,and their MIC values were 32,16,4,8,and 32μg·mL^(-1),respectively.Compound 4 had weak inhibitory effect on Bacilus subtilis(MIC=64μg·mL^(-1)).Compounds 1,2,and 5,exhibited weak inhibitory activity against Candida albicans with MIC values of 64,64,and 64μg··mL^(-1),re-spectively.Compound 9 showed notable inhibitory activity against C.albicans,whose MIC value was 32μg·mL^(-1).
