摘  要:锡石属于脆性矿物,在采矿、破碎及磨矿中易产生微细粒,如何有效地回收微细粒锡石是目前浮选锡石的一大难题。针对这一问题,阐述了不同类型捕收剂和调整剂对锡石的作用机理,以及对微细粒锡石的浮选工艺进行了总结;分析了絮凝浮选、载体浮选、微泡浮选的作用机理以及调控机制。分析了未来微细粒锡石浮选药剂的重点研究方向,指出了组合捕收剂在未来微细粒锡石浮选的广阔应用前景;旨在为微细粒锡石的高效回收利用提供理论依据。Cassiterite is a brittle mineral.It is easy to produce fine particles in mining,crushing and grinding.How to recover fine cassiterite effectively is a major problem in the flotation of cassiterite.In order to solve this problem,the action mechanism of different types of collectors and regulators on cassiterite is described,and the flotation process of fine cassiterite is summarized.The mechanism and regulation of flocculation flotation,carrier flotation and microbubble flotation are analyzed.The key research direction of fine cassiterite flotation reagents in the future is analyzed,and the broad application prospect of combined collector in fine cassiterite flotation is pointed out.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for the efficient recovery and utilization of fine cassiterite.
