摘 要:为了解宠物猫源病原菌常见毒力基因的携带情况及其对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性,采集宠物医院住院猫的鼻拭子、咽拭子和肛拭子进行病原菌的分离纯化、16S rRNA鉴定,通过PCR扩增检测毒力基因,并通过最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)测定判断药物敏感性及耐药性。共分离到16株大肠杆菌、8株葡萄球菌、3株沙门氏菌和14株肠球菌。16株大肠杆菌中毒力基因OmpA检出率最高,达到100%(16/16);≥43.75%的猫源大肠杆菌对头孢噻呋、头孢喹肟、多西环素和氟苯尼考耐药;8株葡萄球菌未检测到毒力基因,≥87.50%的葡萄球菌对头孢噻呋、头孢喹肟、多西环素、庆大霉素和阿米卡星耐药;2株沙门氏菌检测到fliC、gipA、mgtC毒力基因,3株沙门氏菌全部对多西环素、庆大霉素、黏菌素耐药,且2株检测到mcr-1 COL耐药基因;14株肠球菌中毒力基因efaA检出率最高,为78.57%(11/14),≥92.86%的菌株对头孢噻呋和阿米卡星耐药。宠物猫源病原菌除葡萄球菌外均携带多种毒力基因,耐药性突出且存在多重耐药性,对替加环素和黏菌素的耐药机制疑是水平传播所致。In order to understand the carrying conditions of common virulence genes of pathogenic bacteria from pet cats and their resistance to commonly-used antibiotics,nasal swabs,pharyngeal swabs and anal swabs from inpatients in pet hospitals were collected for pathogen isolation and purification,16S rRNA identification,PCR amplification for virulence gene detection.And their drug sensitivity and resistance were judged by the determination of MIC value.A total of 16 strains of Escherichia coli,8 strains of Staphylococcus,3 strains of Salmonella and 14 strains of Enterococcus were isolated.The detection rate of OmpA was the highest in 16 strains of E.coli,reaching 100%(16/16).≥43.75%of E.coli from pet cats were resistant to CEF,CFQ,DOX and FFC.No virulence gene was detected in 8 stains of Staphylococcus,≥87.50%of Staphylococcus were resistant to CEF,CFQ,DOX,GEN and AMK.fliC,gipA and mgtC virulence genes were detected in two strains of Salmonella,and all three strains of Salmonella were resistant to DOX,GEN and COL,and mcr-1 COL was detected in two strains of Salmonella.The detection rate of efaA in 14 strains of Enterococcus was the highest,being 78.57%(11/14),and≥92.86%strains were resistant to CEF and AMK.In addition to Staphylococcus,all pathogenic bacteria from pet cats carried multiple virulence genes,with high and multiple drug resistance.The drug resistance mechanism of Salmonella against TGC and COL was likely to be caused by horizontal transmission.
