摘　　要：新疆农业大学结合乡村振兴法治建设的综合性、专业性、时代性需求,着力于涉农法律人才培养和助力乡村振兴教育研究。在剖析法学专业建设现状基础上,对涉农法律人才培养助力乡村振兴进行思路设计,总结优势基础。探索路径并积极践行,建设多功能团队,在教研相长中形成“农大法学”品牌;培育涉农问题法学专家带动专业建设,为协同育人赋能;理论教学与科学研究、专业实践相结合,拓展多元共享平台;以乡村法治发展需求为导向优化涉农法律人才培养方案;优化教育教学模式,通过探究式教学、实践性教学提升法学生服务乡村的能力,发挥“农大法学”品牌效应,建立乡村普法工作机制。Xinjiang Agricultural University focuses on the comprehensive,professional,and contemporary needs of rural revitalization and rule of law construction,focusing on cultivating legal talents related to agriculture and assisting research on rural revitalization education.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the construction of the law major,we will design ideas for cultivating agricultural legal talents to help rural revitalization,and summarize the advantages and foundations.Explore the path and actively practice,build a multi-functional team,and form the“agricultural university law”brand through the mutual benefit of teaching and research;cultivate legal experts on agricultural issues to drive professional development and empower collaborative education;combine theoretical teaching with scientific research and professional practice to expand diverse sharing platforms;optimize the training plan for agricultural legal talents guided by the development needs of rural rule of law;optimize the education and teaching mode,enhance the ability of law students to serve rural areas through exploratory teaching and practical teaching,leverage the brand effect of“Agricultural University Law”,and establish a mechanism for rural law popularization.
