云南省村庄分类方法及实证研究——以双柏县为例

摘　　要：村庄规划编制应依据村庄本身的发展类型来确定村庄发展定位目标,因此,科学合理地确定村庄类型,是开展村庄规划编制工作的基础。本文以行政村为划分基本单元,将云南省的村庄划分为特色保护型、防边固边型、搬迁撤并型、城乡融合型和集聚提升型5个大类17个小类。通过对双柏县的实证研究,得出:双柏县84个行政村划分成特色保护型、城乡融合型和集聚提升型3个大类,包含中心驻地型、居住生活型等9个小类,并依此提出相应的村庄规划编制指导意见。In the process of village planning compilation,the development type of the village itself should be used to determine the developmental goals of the village.Therefore,determining the type of a village in a scientific and reasonable manner is the basis for the village planning work.In this paper,administrative villages were used as the basic unit for division,and the villages in Yunnan Province were divided into 5 categories,namely characteristic protection,border defense and consolidation,relocation and mergers,urban-rural integration,as well as agglomeration and upgrading,and 17 subcategories.Through empirical research on Shuangbai County,it was concluded that 84 administrative villages were mainly classified into 3 categories such as characteristic protection type,urban-rural integration type,and agglomeration and upgrading type,which included 9 subcategories such as government site type and residential and living type.Based on this,corresponding advice about village planning were proposed.
