西部陆海新通道沿线城市经济一体化测度——基于社会网络分析法的实证研究

摘　　要：区域城市一体化是在经济发展新常态下驱动区域经济高质量增长的新引擎和新动力。随着城市经济联系的不断活跃,区域的城市经济联系呈现出网络化的特征。本文运用修正后的引力模型计算出我国西部陆海新通道黔桂滇川渝42个城市的经济联系值矩阵,然后将其导入Ucinet软件测算社会网络指标(网络密度、网络中心性、凝聚子群)。结果表明:(1)西部陆海新通道城市间经济已基本形成比较紧密的网络状关联;(2)经济联系网络关系围绕核心城市展开,且存在比较明显的4个凝聚子群;(3)西部陆海新通道沿线城市经济一体化程度不高,但有加深趋势。为此,文章提出应着力解决城市地区市场分割问题,发挥城市之间网络协同功效;优化区域城市内部网络结构,提高网络中心性效益;增强核心城市的扩散功能,促进区域城市整体发展。Regional urban integration is the new engine and driving force for high-quality growth of regional economy under the new normal of economic development.As urban economic ties was increasingly strengthened,economic relations of regional urban cities were like the network which was exactly the feature in themselves.In this paper,the economic relations value matrix of 42 cities in such provinces as Guizhou,Guangxi,Yunan,Sichuan and Chongqing along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor was calculated by using the modified gravity model.Then,the value matrix would be input into the Ucinet software to measure the social network indicators(network density,network centrality and cohesive subgroup).The results were shown as follows:(1)a relatively close network relationship had been basically formed in terms of urban economies along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor;(2)the economic linkages network centered on core cities,and there were four obvious cohesive subgroups in the network.(3)A low degree of the economic integration of the cities along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor was presented,but it was intended to be enhanced.In order to promote the overall development of regional cities,this paper would focus on solving the market segmentation of urban areas,giving full play to the network synergy effect between cities,optimizing the internal network structure of regional cities,improving the network centrality efficiency,and enhancing the diffusion function of core cities.
