摘 要:为了调查西沙海域晋卿岛大型海藻的资源状况,于2022年4月对西沙海域晋卿岛开展了调查,并利用定性、定量2种方法对该海域大型海藻的种类组成、生态分布特征、温度性质等进行分析。本次共采集大型海藻25种,隶属3门12目14科19属,其中:红藻门6目6科8属9种,绿藻门4目6科8属12种,褐藻门2目2科3属4种。此次采集的大型海藻种类绿藻最多,约占总数的48%;其次是红藻,约占总数的36%;褐藻种数最少,约占总数的16%。分析得出,在此次采集到的大型海藻种类中,红藻门的平均生物量最大,为16.08 g·m^(-2),褐藻门的平均生物量最小,为6.89 g·m^(-2)。本次调查能够全面了解海藻的种类和分布情况,对于评估海洋生态系统的健康状况、推动渔业可持续发展、保护海洋环境等方面极具重要作用。In order to investigate the status quo of macroalgae resources in Jinqing Island of Xisha sea area,a survey was carried out in the aforementioned area in April 2022,and the species composition,ecological distribution characteristics and temperature properties of macroalgae were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.A total of 25 species of macroalgae were collected,belonging to 3 phyla,12 orders,14 families and 19 genera.Among them,9 species belong to 8 genera,6 families and 6 orders of Rhodophyta,12 species belong to 8 genera,6 families and 4 orders of Chlo⁃rophyta,and 4 species belong to 3 genera,2 families and 2 orders of Phaeophyta.The largest number of macroalgae species collected was green algae,accounting for about 48%of the total,followed by red algae,accounting for about 36%of the total number,and the smallest number was brown algae,accounting for about 16%of the total.It was analyzed that,among the macroalgae species collected in this survey,the average biomass of Rhodophyta was 16.08 g·m^(-2),and the average biomass of Phaeophyta was 6.89 g·m^(-2).This survey can provide a comprehensive understanding of the distribution,species,quality and quantity of seaweeds,which is extremely important for assessing the health status of marine ecosystems,promoting the sustainable development of fisheries and protecting the marine environment.
