摘　　要：为了解标准盘星珊瑚(Dipsastraea speciosa)的胚胎发育特征和规律,采用显微镜观察法,观察并记录了标准盘星珊瑚的胚胎发育及幼虫附着的形态特征。结果表明:在水温(26.5±0.5)℃的条件下,标准盘星珊瑚胚胎发育共经历5个发育阶段,受精卵在1.5 h后开始卵裂,7.5 h后进入囊胚期,15.5 h后进入原肠胚期,32.5 h后发育为浮浪幼虫,109 h后浮浪幼虫开始寻找基底进行附着。标准盘星珊瑚为雌雄同体,行体外受精,在月圆后3 d排放同时含有精子和卵子的卵包,并且在囊胚期时存在假胚孔,是典型的坚实型珊瑚。To understand the characteristics and patterns of embryonic development of Dipsastraea speciosa,the morphological characteristics of embryonic development and larval settlement of Dipsastraea speciosa were observed by optical microscope and recorded.Under the condition of water temperature(26.5±0.5)℃,the embryonic development of Dipsas⁃traea speciosa went through five developmental stages:The fertilized eggs began to cleavage after 1.5 h,entered blastula stage after 7.5 h,entered gastrula stage after 15.5 h,developed into planula stage after 32.5 h,and the larvae began to look for the substrate for settlement after 109 h.Dipsastraea speciosa is hermaphroditic,reproducing sexually by external fertilization,and releasings gametes containing both sperm and eggs 3 days after the full moon;and there is a pseudo-blastopore at the blastula stage.Dipsastraea speciosa belongs to the typical robust coral.
