试论简帛医书方药文献的辨证用药特色

摘　　要：辨证论治是中医学的特色与精髓,简帛医书方药文献已有较多运用辨证论治诊疗疾病的用例。综合考察简帛医书的辨证加减用药情况,主要体现在随证加减药味、随证增减药量、药味与药量均有增减三方面。比较简帛医书方药文献与《伤寒杂病论》辨证用药内容,两者相同之处在于都运用病证结合的辨证论治模式,均使用脏腑辨证、八纲辨证等辨治方法,部分治则、治法相同;两者不同之处在于简帛医书方药文献病证结合辨治模式的应用不及《伤寒杂病论》广泛,辨证论治方法不及《伤寒杂病论》全面与完善。简帛医书与《伤寒杂病论》在辨证论治模式、辨治方法以及治则治法方面各有异同,反映了早期医书辨证用药的发展痕迹。Treatment based on syndrome typing is a distinctive and essential aspect of TCM.Prescription and medicine literature in bamboo and silk medical books have been widely utilized for diagnosing and treating diseases based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.A comprehensive examination of the medication practices in bamboo and silk medical books reveals three main aspects:modifying the herbal ingredients according to the syndrome,adjusting the dosage based on the syndrome,and altering both the ingredients and dosage.A comparison between the prescription and medicine literature in bamboo and silk medical books and the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases demonstrates that both employ a syndrome differentiation and treatment approach,combining the analysis of symptoms and diseases.They utilize methods such as differentiating patterns based on internal organs and the eight principles,with some similarities in treatment principles and methods.However,the application of the syndrome differentiation and treatment approach in the prescription and medicine literature in bamboo and silk medical books is not as extensive as that in the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases,nor are the methods as comprehensive and refined.The differentiation and medication models,as well as the treatment principles and methods,different between the prescription and medicine literature in bamboo and silk medical books and the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases,reflecting the developmental traces of syndrome-based medication in early medical texts.
