从真实世界中的中西并用探讨中西医结合的内涵和模式

摘　　要：真正具有现代意义上的中西医结合是源于新中国的政策战略,目前已广泛应用于中国的日常临床工作中并取得了重要的经验与成就。其具体模式极其宽泛,包括了中医和西医之间的结合,以及中医及国学与基于西方的现代其他学科的科学理论和技术在医学上的结合,具体可体现在思维理论层面、实践操作层面、从基础到临床、从实验室到教学、现代与传统、精神、制度、商业、管理等多个层面和领域,并形成多种对应的工作实践模式。本文梳理了当前已有的中西医结合模式,提出未来进一步突出“合”的内涵,认为应在中西两种医学进行结合的基础上,尽早积极地推动中医与现代更多领域的现代科学技术进行医学领域的结合,是广义中西医结合的重要创新发展道路。The real modern meaningful integration of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine(ICWM)was determined by the policy strategy by New China government,and has been widely used in routine real-world clinical works throughout China and has gained important experiences and achievements.The ICWM modes are extremely broad,including the combination between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine,and between TCM and other disciplines of western modern science theory and technology in medicine,and further can be embodied in the thinking theory level and practical level,from basic to clinical,from laboratory to teaching,including modern and traditional,spirit,system,business,management and other levels and fields,and form a variety of corresponding work practice modes.This paper combed the existing mode of ICWM,putting forward that the future TCM develop be based on the highlighting connotation of"harmony",beside the narrow meaning integrating within both medicines,furtherly integrate TCM with more other fields of modern science and technology into medicine actively and as soon as possible,as is the most important innovation and development path of a wide meaning of ICWM.
