摘　　要：农村劳动力非农就业能够为农村居民提供更多的收入来源和发展机会。基于CGSS2018年数据,使用因子分析法在农村社会关系网络中提取出邻居、亲戚、朋友三个公因子,通过二元logistics回归模型实证分析社会关系网络对农村劳动力非农就业的影响,探讨主观阶层认同的中介作用。研究表明:在农村社会关系网络的三个主要群体中,邻居和亲戚交际会对非农就业产生抑制现象,朋友交际则起正向影响;社会关系网络会通过塑造阶层认同来影响非农就业抉择。提出了应进一步完善农村基础设施建设和社会保障体系,促进不同社会群体之间的交流与合作等对策建议。Non-farm employment of rural labor force can provide more income sources and development opportunities for rural residents.Based on the data of CGSS2018,this study uses factor analysis to extract three common factors of neighbors,relatives and friends in rural social network,and empirically analyzes the impact of social network on the non-farm employment of rural labor force by using binary logistics regression model,and explores the mediating role of subjective class identification.The study shows that:among the three main groups of rural social network,communication with neighbors and relatives will inhibit non-agricultural employment,while communication with friends will have a positive effect;social network will influence non-farm employment choice by shaping class identification.The study proposes some countermeasures such as further improving rural infrastructure construction and social security system,promote communication and cooperation between different social groups.
