摘　　要：基于空间、场域、社会排斥等理论,依据对甘肃省W市拆迁安置社区的个案分析,探究拆迁安置社区推行居民自治的缘由,并针对居民自治机制建设过程中存在的问题,构建“重构-调适-生产”的实现路径。研究可知:①需通过场域重构促使失地农民融入城市生活,并促进拆迁安置社区与周边环境相互融合;②社区自治组织应强化责权利能相适配,并构建组织间的协调机制;③由以上两方面相互作用,共同促进社区空间生产能力的提升,实现社区自主发展、革新创造。最终,提出了要建立起高效的社区居民自治体系的对策建议。Based on the theories of space,field and social exclusion,and based on the case analysis of demolition and resettlement communities in W City,Gansu Province,this paper explored the reasons for the implementation of resident autonomy in demolition and resettlement communities,and it constructedthe realization path of“reconstruction-adaptation-production”in view of the problems existing in the construction of residents autonomy mechanism.The results showed that:(1)it s necessary to promote the integration of landless farmers into urban life through site reconstruction,and promote the integration of demolition and resettlement communities with the surrounding environment;(2)community autonomous organizations should strengthen the compatibility of responsibilities and rights,and establish a coordination mechanism between organizations;(3)the interaction between the above two aspects would jointly promote the improvement of community space production capacity and realize the independent development,innovation and creation of the community.Therefore,it proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of an efficient self-government system for community residents.
