大兴安岭地区寒地生物产业发展:优势、问题及对策

摘　　要：在全面停止天然林资源商业性采伐的背景下,大兴安岭地区产业结构亟须调整,寒地生物产业成为地区产业转型升级的关键。基于冷凉经济发展视角,根据相关统计数据及调研资料,阐述大兴安岭地区发展寒地生物产业的优势及产业现阶段实践现状,分析了产业融资困难、品牌竞争力弱、销售渠道狭窄、科学技术相对落后等问题,提出了大兴安岭地区加快探索和实践经济转型新路径、实现气候资源支撑下的后发优势的对策建议.Under the background of completely stopping the commercial logging of natural forest resources,the industrial structure of Greater Xing anling area needs to be adjusted urgently,and the biological industry in cold land has become the key to regional industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the perspective of cold and cool economic development,this paper expounded the advantages of developing coldland biological industry in the Greater Xing anling area and the current practice status of the industry according to relevant statistical data and research data.And it also analyzed the problems of industrial financing difficulties,weak brand competitiveness,narrow sales channels,and relatively backward science and technology.Finally it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the exploration and practice of new paths of economic transformation in the Greater Xing anling area and to realize the latecomer advantage supported by climate resources.
