摘 要:电催化活化亚氯酸钠去除灌溉水中磺胺类抗生素的去除效能依赖于电化学操作条件。在单因素实验基础上,以亚氯酸钠浓度(10~20μmol·L^(-1))、电极电位(0.5~1.5 V)、温度(20~40℃)和电解时间(60~90 min)为主要因素,以磺胺地索辛(Sulfadimethoxine,SDM)去除率和比能耗为响应,采用中心组合试验设计,建立了响应面模型对电化学操作条件进行优化。采用实际灌溉水验证该响应面模型,以SDM去除率达到99.5%为目标,比能耗最低的较优条件预测值是:NaClO_(2)浓度为16.94μmol·L^(-1),温度为40℃,电极电位为0.914 V,处理时间为87.3 min。在此条件下,SDM实际去除率达到99.3%,每克SDM最低比能耗为(1.62±0.07)kW·h。SDM去除率实测值与预测值的相对偏差仅为-1.16%~1.33%。在一定约束条件下,根据SDM去除率需求,因地制宜地优化电化学参数条件,可提高电化学处理方法效能,降低处理的单位能耗。The removal efficiency of electrocatalytic in-situ activated sodium chlorite for sulfonamide antibiotics from irrigation water is dependent on the electrochemical operating conditions.On the basis of single-factor experiments,a response surface model is established using central composite design to optimize the electrochemical operating conditions with sodium chlorite concentration(10~20μmol·L^(-1)),electrode potential(0.5~1.5 V),temperature(20~40℃)and electrolysis time(60~90 min)as the main factors,sulfadimethoxine(SDM)removal and specific energy consumption as the responses.The response surface model is validated in real reclaimed irrigation water.Taking SDM removal of 99.5%as the goal,the predicted specific energy consumption is the lowest when the concentration of NaClO_(2)is 16.94μmol·L^(-1),the temperature is 40℃,the electrode potential is 0.914 V,and the treatment time is 87.3 min.Under these conditions,the actual SDM removal rate is about 99.3%,and the lowest specific energy consumption of per gram of SDM is(1.62±0.07)kW·h.The relative deviation between the measured and predicted values of SDM removal rate is within-1.16%~1.33%.Under certain constraints,optimizing the electrochemical parameters according to the specific needs of SDM removal can improve the effectiveness of the electrochemical treatment method and reduce the specific energy consumption.
