摘 要:表面增强拉曼光谱技术以其高灵敏度、非破坏性和无需标记等优点备受关注,与液滴微流控技术结合时便可形成具独特优势的液滴微流控-表面增强拉曼检测新技术,可在一定程度上克服拉曼光谱技术自身局限性,提升检测能力并扩展应用领域。本文综述了液滴微流控通道制作和液滴生成方法,以及现有研究中液滴微流控结合表面增强拉曼光谱技术在化学反应过程原位分析、单细胞分析和拉曼活性颗粒合成中的应用。最后,展望了液滴微流控结合表面增强拉曼光谱技术的优势以及未来应用的挑战和发展方向。本文为相关研究提供了有益的参考,并为提升液滴微流控结合表面增强拉曼光谱技术的性能和拓展其应用领域提供了指导。Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy technology has garnered considerable attention due to its high sensitivity,non-destructiveness,and label-free detection capabilities.When coupled with droplet microfluidics technology,it creates a unique and advantageous technique known as droplet microfluidics-SERS detection.This hybrid approach helps overcome the inherent limitations of Raman spectroscopy,thus improving detection capabilities and expanding its application in various fields.This review article provides an overview of the fabrication of droplet microfluidic channels,methods for droplet generation,and the current research on the application of droplet microfluidics combined with SERS in in-situ analysis of chemical reactions,single-cell analysis,and synthesis of Raman-active particles.Additionally,the article examines the advantages of the combination of droplet microfluidics and SERS technology,while also discussing the challenges and future directions for its application.Ultimately,this article serves as a valuable reference for related studies and offers guidance on enhancing the performance of droplet microfluidics combined with SERS technology and expanding its range of applications.
